Ingredientes
- 500 grs farinha
- 5 colheres de açúcar
- 5 colheres de agua
- 5 colheres de leite
- 5 colheres de aguardente
- 2 ovos
- 2 colheres de manteiga
- Açúcar a canela para polvilhar
Preparação
- Misture a água com o leite e aqueça, colocando também a manteiga para derreter.
- Bata os ovos com o açúcar e acrescente a manteiga com o leite e a aguardente. Por fim junte a farinha, amassando bem. Estenda a massa, faça rolinhos e dê um nó. Reserve e frite em óleo bem quente.
- Por fim polvilha-se com açúcar e canela. Coma quentes ou frios, como preferir...
